From the date of purchase on cyandcompany.com, all jewelry are final sale due personal hygiene reasons. We stand by all the products that we sell in quality and craftsmanship.

Product damages incurred as a result of not following our suggested care instructions or any extensive mishandling of the jewelry, will not be covered under our repair policy.

Any jewelry that has been altered by anyone other than CY & Co. does not fall under our repair or replacement warranty.

Repair and replating times vary depending on the nature of the damage and is on a case by case scenario. Repairs cannot be rushed but we will keep you updated during the process.
