Shipping & Returns


Callo jewelry is handcrafted for each customer. The time taken in our manufacturing process means you will receive a high quality, luxury product that ensures longevity. We want you to love your jewelry purchase and thank you in advance for your patience.

Because all our products are handcrafted in limited batches, we don’t always hold stock of every item. If the jewellery piece you would like to order is not currently in stock, you will be informed by email if this is the case – and orders take between 2-4 weeks to complete.


We work closely with our vendors to ensure we can get the products to you in a timely manner. Should we not have a product in stock we will notify you by email and we will update you with an expected shipping timeframe. If you have any queries please email the team on and we will do our best to help you.

Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed further. Our team will do our best to contact you and update you as soon as products are ready to be shipped.


We offer store credit for returned items on "non-jewelry" items ONLY when requested within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry we do not issue refunds. For a store credit to be issued you should contact us as soon as you can within the 14 day window. ALL items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.

**No Returns are accepted without approval from our company.


You will receive notification from our team once your items have been shipped. Please note our shipping prices include materials for packaging and cost of delivery.

Callo is not responsible for any delays caused by any customs clearance procedures in the country of destination or any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination. 

We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.


International Duty, Taxes/Fees is payable by the receiver when the parcel reaches the destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Once our team ships your product, we will notify you via email with shipping confirmation and details. Shipment of your product can take anywhere between 5-15 business days for domestic deliveries (Canada), and for US orders it can take a bit longer depending on busy season and statutory holidays.

Callo does not process any shipments during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday), as well as on any holidays.
